The hotel had a comfortable room with a really cozy huge bed but lacked a city view which wasn't a big issue. However, the room was a bit small for us, especially with a disabled person. The service needed improvement in communication skills and attentiveness. The location was very convenient for exploring Bangkok but quite far from public transport. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
